The psychologists at MindWare have the professional training and clinical skills to help you cope more effectively with life issues and mental health problems as we are trained in understanding human behavior. We analyse the factors that contribute to the way people think, feel and learn. At MindWare Psychology we are committed to using evidence based strategies and interventions to help people grow, reach their potential and overcome challenges. We believe in helping achieve change through the working with the broader system including work at the individual, family, group or organisational level. Our therapy approach is underpinned by research and aims to help you achieve a fulfilled and meaningful live.
We endeavor to make our therapy approach evidence based but also creative. However, most of all it is guided by your needs. We have experience in delivering the following therapies: Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness Based Therapy (MBCT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Positive Psychology, Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Existential therapy, Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Schema Therapy, Play Therapy, EMDR, Supportive Counselling, Music and Drama Therapy and Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT).

MindWare also believes that all people have a right to access mental health care regardless of location, and are pleased to be able to provide telehealth. Medicare benefits are available for video consultations between specialists and patients who are located in telehealth eligible areas.
