Nafisa is an experienced psychologist skilled in the following therapies: cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), dialectical behavioural therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy (SFT). Nafisa has worked across the lifespan, helping children, adults and older adults. Notably, her experience lies in assisting children and teenagers dealing with anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), guiding them towards healthier coping mechanisms and enhanced resilience. Nafisa adopts a collaborative and empathetic approach, tailoring treatment plans to suit each individual’s and their family’s unique needs.
