Emma is a clinical psychologist who has experience working with individuals across the lifespan. She completed her doctorate of clinical psychology at the University of Queensland in 2015. The focus of Emma’s research was on the Stepping Stones Triple P Parenting Program, for parents of a child with a disability. She has worked in a national not for profit service for adolescents and a not for profit child and youth pain management clinic.

Emma uses a warm, collaborative and client centred approach to assessment and therapy. She has experience working with a range of presentations including anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, relationship challenges and difficulties arising from neurodivergence. Emma supports clients to understand their experiences and work towards their goals for therapy. She utilises cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), schema therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT).Â
