Olivia is a Masters-qualified counsellor with specialist training in child and adolescent therapy, neuro-affirming practice, and relationship counselling. With over eight years of experience across educational, therapeutic, and mentoring settings – including foster care, non-profit organisations, within both remote Australian and international communities. Olivia offers a warm, personalised approach grounded in developmental science and tailored to each client’s unique context. Olivia is committed to delivering comprehensive, client-centred care that supports the emotional wellbeing and growth of young people and their families.

Her practice integrates neuropsychotherapy, polyvagal-informed interventions and evidence-based modalities including Play Therapy, CBT, ACT, DBT and positive parenting support. Grounded in current psychological research and developmental science, Olivia is committed to making therapy accessible, engaging, and practical for clients across all ages. 

As a trained relationship counsellor, Olivia also supports couples, families, and those in close relationships to successfully navigate relational challenges. She draws on proven frameworks such as the Gottman Method, to guide clients in improving communication, resolving conflict, and deepening emotional and physical connection. Olivia focuses on helping clients uncover and repair unhealthy relationship patterns, whilst strengthening intimacy and attachment through evidence-based approaches. In order to foster fulfilling, secure, and meaningful relationships.

In addition to her therapeutic work with children, adolescents, and couples Olivia provides individual coaching and counselling for young adults navigating the unique challenges of early adulthood. She is particularly passionate about supporting individuals and families in rural and remote areas. Ensuring that inclusive, high-quality care is available regardless of location.
