Ruby is a registered psychologist who recently graduated from the Master of Clinical Psychology and is currently completing her clinical registrar. She is deeply passionate about supporting children, adolescents, and neurodivergent individuals, through creating a warm and collaborative space where clients feel heard, valued, and understood.
With a focus on young people, Ruby has gained experience in a variety of settings, including schools, Youth Justice, and outdoor therapeutic environments. She uses evidence-based interventions such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and play-based therapy, and adapts her approach to meet the individual goals and needs of each client.
Ruby values collaboration and works closely with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure holistic care, supporting her clients in achieving meaningful and long-term outcomes.
